Shipping of your package
BE PATIENT, IT IS HAPPENING.... Good news (if you are a morning person), your package is shipped the same day as the order if it is placed before 11:30 am (excluding weekends and holidays)! And for the most impatient, don't worry, you can follow the shipment of your order with all our carriers, or almost. For orders delivered in Stores or those delivered with Mister Pasha, you only need to contact our friendly customer service, that will be happy to inform you about the progress of your precious order’s delivery Of course, shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. However, if you wish to be delivered outside metropolitan France, administrative and/or customs fees may be applied by the carrier. So be smart, think efficient, and group all your desired items in one order! And offer your friends to order with you! Please note that once the order has been placed, we will unfortunately not be able to group two orders placed separately, and shipping charges will apply to each one of them. Don’t say we didn't warn you...
Returns and refunds
VYOU'RE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT? Don't panic! If the size does not suit you, or if you have changed your mind (which is a pity), you have a period of 30 days after delivery of your order to make the return. But be careful, only products returned in perfect condition, in their original boxes will be accepted. So don't go dancing with your shoes on if you don't want to keep them, we might not take them back afterwards! A small bonus, if you are in Paris, Bordeaux or Toulouse, you can return directly to one of our Stores. To find their addresses, it's THIS WAY! And for other cities, know that we are doing our best today to open new Stores all over France. Be patient, Mr. Moustache is coming.
Of course, we are responsible for the return shipping costs from Metropolitan France and the Europe country bellow :
Spain, Italy, Germany, Portugal
Luxembourg, Belgium, Austria
Poland, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands
To make your return, simply make a request on the order you wish to return from your customer account in the section "Order history".
- Click on "Tracking & Return" of the order
- Click on "Request a return".
- Follow the steps of the process A file will then be opened so that you can get a return slip and follow all the steps!
For all orders placed from te rest of the world, we unfortunately cannot cover the fees of the returns yet. You can send your package without forgetting to indicate your name, the reason for the return, your order number and a short note of love for our teams, to the following address:

And for your money? Don't worry, Mr. Moustache is here for you. Your refund (total or partial) will be made within 30 working days of receipt of your package in our warehouse The refund is made by us, and by bank transfer in accordance with the information provided when ordering. So fill in the information correctly! Finally, we prefer to specify it, but as you are smart, it is quite obvious that products returned damaged, incomplete, dirty or without the original packaging will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded. We're nice, but still, I mean… Last but not least, do not hesitate too long, because after 30 days from delivery, the goods will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded. Is that all understood?
