APPLICATION OF THE CONDITIONS OF USE M. MOUSTACHE :

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales of Mr. Mustache products to consumers via the www.m-moustache.com website. The order by the customer implies the acceptance of the entirety of the present general conditions of sale, which prevail over all other general conditions of sale unless expressly accepted by the seller.

ORDERING

The articles visible on the site are available while stocks last. In the event of the order for an unavailable item being placed or collected, Mr. Moustache undertakes to offer a credit note or refund the customer within 30 days. Mr. Moustache undertakes to notify the customer by e-mail if an unavailable item is ordered.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

The prices applicable to orders are those presented on the website www.m-moustache.com at the time of the order. Prices are indicated inclusive of tax, exclusive of delivery costs, and are governed by French law. Prices may be modified at any time by the seller, without prior notice, particularly in the event of changes in fiscal or economic data. Items ordered must be paid for in euros and online. Bank charges incurred by the payment shall be borne by the customer. The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment is received. Online payment is made by credit card via PayPlug, by using a PayPal payment account, or by the 3 times payment method via Alma. The payment methods accepted via our secure PayPlug platform are all European and international credit and debit cards such as Visa and MasterCard. This includes Electron (Visa), Maestro (Mastercard) and Bancontact. We also accept all French CB cards, even if they are not affiliated with Visa and MasterCard. The customer can also pay for his order via the secure PayPal platform. These platforms comply with the regulations of the accepted card networks in force.

INVOICING

The invoice is sent to the customer at the address indicated at the time of the order. The price is the one in force at the time of the order by the customer. Mr Moustache accepts no responsibility for any errors in the customer's information when ordering.
